Position Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote or In-Person Position

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of social media platforms. Responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, the Social Media Manager will play a key role in expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn.
2. Create compelling and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that showcase our projects, services, and expertise.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand, industry, and target audience.
4. Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
5. Foster meaningful engagement with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and promotions that align with our brand messaging and objectives.
7. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and impactful content across various social media platforms.
• Strong visual aesthetic and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for design and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
