Traci Connell Interiors seeking Proactive Office Assistant
Position Title: Office Assistant
Location: In-Person Part Time
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Managing and executing Asana Task Delegation Program
- Marketing Support
- Notetaking/Recording information as needed
- Greeting clients and visitors when entering suite
- Helping organize, clean and maintain office common areas (break, resource, build, offices, etc.)
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands pertaining to projects
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
- Coordinating and leading events (birthdays, quarterly TCI team events)
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Prep for meetings as needed; clean up after
- Special projects: storage unit, research, installation assistance,etc.
- TC personal errands as needed
- Organizing client gifts at project close
- Coordinating holiday cards and gifts for clients
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
