Position Title: Social Media Expert
Location: Freelancer located in Dallas Area
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Expert to join our team as a freelancer. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of social media platforms. Responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, the Social Media Manager will play a key role in expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social media experience in the Interior Design industry.
- Strong suit in content creation and can develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Available to shoot and film on location weekly.
- Expert in Canva and creative graphic skills that are aesthetically pleasing with our brand.
- Available to produce social media content live on short notice.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that showcase our projects, services, and expertise.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand, industry, and target audience.
- Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Foster meaningful engagement with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and promotions that align with our brand messaging and objectives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, in the interior design industry
- Proven track record of creating engaging and impactful content across various social media platforms.
- Strong visual aesthetic and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
