How We Work with Remodeling Contractors

Our role is to lead the vision while supporting contractors with every detail they need to bring it to life. We don’t manage the construction team directly, but we provide the roadmap and documentation that makes execution seamless.

You select the professionals who will complete the construction work. We consult with them to confirm that specifications are clear and achievable.
From finish schedules to home décor selections, we create a roadmap for your renovation.
While we don’t track contractor expenses or manage the overall project budget, we work within the design allowances set for each selection.
Our involvement varies depending on the agreed-upon scope of work.
