Role Overview
We’re hiring a high-performing Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategy across both
brands. You’ll act as the hub between our internal team and outsourced vendors (SEO, Ads, PR,
Community Manager) while overseeing all brand marketing, digital content, social media,
events, lead generation, and campaign implementation.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a sharp eye for strategy, deep knowledge of digital
marketing, and strong project management skills. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and
play a critical role in brand growth
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Oversight
- Lead all marketing strategy across both brands to support business goals
- Coordinate outsourced teams (SEO, Ads, PR, Community) and integrate efforts
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Audit websites, landing pages, and sales funnels for alignment and conversions
- Identify trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to adjust plans as needed
Project Management & Execution
- Build and manage project timelines using Asana
- Collaborate with teams to ensure marketing tasks are completed on schedule
- Personally execute key components including content creation, email marketing, and social media
- Streamline systems with SOPs, automations, and clear workflows
Social Media Management
- Own and implement monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Create compelling captions, graphics, and video scripts to drive engagement
- Ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent across all platforms
- Grow and nurture social communities with timely responses and interaction
- Monitor analytics to improve post performance and track engagement KPIs
Content & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead magnets, webinars, email nurture campaigns, and mini-course launches
- Write engaging weekly newsletters with strategic calls-to-action
- Develop high-converting email sequences for client acquisition and re-engagement
- Implement Pinterest strategy
Event & Partnership Marketing
- Plan and promote live events, retreats, webinars, and virtual experiences
- Develop referral incentives and affiliate strategies
- Coordinate local influencer campaigns and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Travel locally with Traci to collect content for social media and PR
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and brand strategy in interior design field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Fluency in platforms like Canva Pro, Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Buffer, and Asana
- A passion for content, analytics, and creative storytelling
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
- Availability for in-person collaboration in Dallas and local travel with Traci
Bonus Points For:
- Background supporting high-level personal brands or coaching programs
- Confidence using AI tools to streamline content and marketing ideas
Immediate Priorities
- Take over full execution of social media for both TCI and The Gloss
- Create a 90-day roadmap for lead generation and nurture content across both brands
